About BTG

Three local technology employees working at a large local banking corporation that transitioned into consulting founded BTG in 1995. The company was originally established simply as a corporate entity through which we could run our individual consulting contracts. However, having worked and played alongside many first-rate IT people since beginning our careers at CSX Technology we quickly discovered there were a large number of people we knew who were also interested in taking their talents to market. And thus, BTG's staffing business was born.

Fifteen years later, we are proud to be one of the few independently owned and local IT Staffing and Services organizations still standing. One thing we've always had in common is a tenacious work ethic and a strong belief in doing things not the easy way, but the best way. We've carried that philosophy forward and attempt to instill that same philosophy throughout BTG. We ask consultants to represent themselves as we would; be exceptionally professional, work hard, and go above and beyond the requirements. In short, add value every day and maintain an attitude that "good is not good enough".
