Benefits 1. Coverage begins the first of the month following the employee's start date. Employee can choose between multiple plans depending on the premium and deductable desired. BTG, Inc. covers 75% of employee's premium cost. A Health Savings Account is also an option with insurance enrollment. Dental Insurance BTG, Inc. offers optional Assurant Dental insurance. 2. Supplemental Benefits BTG Inc. gives the employee the option of electing a list of supplement coverage's with a choice of two different insurance carriers. AFLAC and AMERICAN FIDELITY benefits include: 3. Life Accident Disability Cancer Most of these coverage's are pre-tax deductions and can continue even after employment with BTG, Inc. ends.4. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan BTG, Inc. has a 401(k) retirement savings plan with Lincoln Financial Group. This is your plan, developed to create the maximum in value and flexibility for you. Advantages include: Pre-Tax Savings Tax Deferred Growth Ownership & Control Payroll Deduction Portability of Benefits Professional Investment Mgmt Asset Protection. All employees that complete 6 months of service and are 21 years of age are eligible to participate in the plan. Entry dates for 401(k) deferrals are January, April, July and October. Rollovers-all employees can immediately rollover prior Profit Sharing, 401(k), 403 (b) and 457 accounts. You can also roll IRA, 403(b) and 457 assets to your 401(k) plan. This allows you to keep your retirement savings together. It also allows you to borrow from all retirement type assets. |
